COLLECTION LEDGER / PRIVATE OWNERSHIP TOOL
Track what you own.
Decide what earns capital next.
Keep cost basis, value scenarios, service reserves, annual holding inputs and collection roles in one device-local ledger—then choose the next action without pretending every watch is an investment.
Add an owned watch or import references marked Owned from your Watchlist.
One collection.
Every assumption visible.
Update values and reserves as your evidence changes. The working file remains in this browser until you remove it.
Add one watch above or mark a saved Watchlist reference as Owned and import it.
The ledger is free.
Judgment is the paid layer.
Use the free file until a collection decision deserves human review, recurring support or a transaction handoff.
Show us the system.
Not just the next watch.
Submit the current aggregate, collection goal and timing for manual review. We may recommend a free next step, Collector Circle, independent advisory or a transaction route.
No partner receives the brief unless you explicitly request a relevant introduction. No paid scope begins until terms are confirmed in writing.
Before the
score becomes the story.
Is Collection Ledger a watch appraisal?+
No. Every value is an owner-entered planning scenario. The tool does not inspect a watch, determine fair market value, set insurance replacement cost or predict investment returns.
Where is my collection stored?+
The working collection is stored in this browser on this device. No account is required. A private review sends only the brief you explicitly submit.
What does a shared snapshot include?+
A shared link can include up to ten researched reference slugs, collection roles and rounded financial inputs. It excludes custom watches, notes, acquisition years and any other local data.
How does the collection signal work?+
It checks concentration, role duplication, lower-liquidity references and missing service reserves. The score is a planning prompt, not a financial risk rating.
How can The Watch Ledger make money from this?+
Collector Circle, independent reviews and qualified transaction introductions may generate revenue. Commercial relationships are disclosed and cannot change editorial ranges or collection signals.
